THREE-SPEAKER PRESENTATION — WORKED BRIEF AND CUE SHEET Worked fictional case: request form pilot, one department. Decision: agree whether to run the bounded test and the criteria for judging it. Practice evidence: 12 of 30 requests in one defined week lacked a delivery location. 12/30 = 40% of requests, not employees. No outcome from the proposed form has been measured. MAYA — What is going wrong? Show the count, sample period and missing-location example. Do not promise that the new form eliminates the problem. Final line: The gap in these requests is the delivery location. Leo will show where the proposed form asks for it. LEO — What would people do differently? First line: Here is that field in a practice request. I'll show the requester view, then the reviewer's view. Demonstrate the approved practice request only. Final line: That shows the proposed route, but not whether people will complete it correctly. Noor will explain the test we want to run. NOOR — What are we asking to try? First line: We are asking to try it with one department and agree how we will judge the results before expanding it. Keep participants, evaluation criteria, support and decision owner clearly marked as proposed or agreed according to the real record. SCREEN DRIVER Leo drives the shared slides. Change to the requester view after Maya says 'asks for it.' Change to the bounded-test slide after Leo's final sentence. Confirm the actual slide labels/numbers after final ordering. If separate sharing is required, document the stop-share/start-share owners and verify their real meeting permissions. IF LEO IS ABSENT Maya shows two approved stills: requester view and reviewer view. Replacement line: Leo cannot join us. These two views show the proposed location field; Noor will now explain what we need to test. Do not describe stills as a live operation. IF TIME IS SHORT Cut Maya's second example before the sample definition. Use the two stills if Leo's demo fails; preserve Noor's decision section. Agree the optional cut points in rehearsal, not during a panicked handover. QUESTIONS Sample/denominator -> Maya. Demonstrated workflow -> Leo. Requested decision/test conditions -> Noor. New analysis -> record the exact question, accepted owner and realistic follow-up route. REHEARSAL Run each pair of handover sentences with the screen driver. Then run the whole talk. Ask a listener what decision they heard. Check the audience screen for private notes and unexpected windows. Use only approved information; replace all practice figures with verified source data for your own presentation.
