WEBINAR: Fix the handoff between sales and onboarding Outcome: Complete a handoff record that separates confirmed scope from an unresolved promise and names the next owner. Roles: Presenter teaches/demonstrates. Host tracks time, resources and questions. Duration: 45 minutes. The opening includes housekeeping. 00:00-05:00 OPEN (slides 1-2): State outcome, question process and recording arrangements. Ask which handoff field is often missing. 05:00-15:00 TEACH (slides 3-4): Explain customer goal, confirmed scope, unresolved question, owner/next action. 15:00-27:00 DEMO (slides 5-7): Turn fictional sales notes into a handoff record. Show the unclear export promise as pending. 27:00-35:00 PRACTICE (slides 8-9): 1 minute instructions, 3 minutes individual work, 4 minutes discussion. Accept chat answers or private notes. 35:00-42:00 Q&A (slide 10): Answer prioritized questions. Log any that need follow-up. Prepared questions must be identified as such. 42:00-45:00 CLOSE (slides 11-12): Restate method, share worksheet and name the next practical action. HOST CUES Before start: test attendee view, shared window, captions where available, resource link and local backup deck. At 15:00: presenter shares demo; host confirms the audience sees the right window. At 27:00: return to slides; host posts exercise text. At 35:00: host selects questions with the broadest relevance. At 42:00: presenter closes; host posts follow-up resource again. If demo fails: use three saved demonstration frames and narrate the same steps. If chat is unavailable: participants write privately; presenter shows sample answer. If time is short: omit optional explanation, retain the core example, exercise, and closing action.
