Presenti AI is a smart presentation tool that helps you quickly create professional, visually appealing slides with the power of AI. With just a few clicks, you can:
- Auto-generate slides from topics or documents.
- Use smart layout and rewriting features.
- Access a rich collection of templates (including customizable ones).
- Turn ideas into structured outlines in seconds.
Presenti AI is designed to make presentation creation faster, easier, and more collaborative.

The plans differ mainly in presentation generation length in each file, and the monthly AI limits that applies to Pro Agent generation, AI Image Matching, and Audio-to-PPT features.

The free version has basic product usage functions and a limited amount of free AI credits without access to all advanced features.
Pro members can purchase AI credit packages and enjoy all advanced features, including but not limited to:
- Support for importing TXT/Word/PDF/Markdown/Xmind files
- Downloading editable source files for PPT
- Exporting to PPT/PDF formats
Additionally, Pro members have access to a complete range of premium templates and single-page layout styles.

Simply click on the avatar icon in the top right corner to view your purchased membership details.

For yearly plan users, we support refunding subscription fees within 7 calendar days after the purchase. The monthly plan is non-refundable. Presenti AI is a digital product with a free version for trial. It's highly recommended to try the free version to ensure it meets your needs before making a purchase.

Please contact our customer service team via support@presenti.ai to upgrade your annual plan. The monthly plan is not supported for further upgrades.

Currently, we support:
- Importing Markdown and Xmind files to directly convert into presentations.
- Importing TXT (UTF-8 encoded), Word, or PDF files. You can also freely paste text or link, and our AI will extract and generate consistent presentations.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Click the workspace dropdown at the top left.
2. Find the workspace you’d like to manage and click the Settings icon next to it.
3. In the menu, select Space Info .
4. Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.

Presenti AI is a fully browser-based presentation tool — no downloads or installations needed.
Supported operating systems : macOS, Windows, Linux.
Recommended browsers : Chrome (most recommended), Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari.

Each workspace allows you to invite team members and collaborate in real time. Subscription fees are based on the number of editor seats.
- A default workspace is created automatically when you sign up.
- You can switch between workspaces by clicking your workspace avatar at the top left.
- To manage workspace settings, click the Settings icon next to the workspace name.

To invite teammates to you team space:
- Click Invite on your dashboard.
- Enter their email address, or copy and share the invitation link.
Note that Invitation links are valid for 7 days and can only be used once.
