The free version has basic product usage functions and a limited amount of free AI credits without access to all advanced features. Upgraded members enjoy the full suite of premium functions, including but not limited to importing TXT/Word/PDF files, downloading editable source files, exporting to PPT/PDF, and accessing the comprehensive library of professional templates and layout styles.

Simply click on the avatar icon in the top right corner to view your purchased membership details.

For orders within 30 days, you can self-apply for an invoice: Go to the dashboard, click your avatar icon - User account - Orders, and apply for an invoice (issued within 3 business days).

For orders over 30 days, please contact customer service via support@presenti.ai to request an invoice, providing your user ID, order number, invoice details, and the email to receive it (issued within 3 business days, with delays on holidays).

Tips: To ensure the invoice can be processed and delivered to you quickly, please double-check the invoice information before submitting. If there are any issues with the invoice, please wait patiently for one business day. If it is still showing as failed after one day, you can contact the customer service team by email.

As a digital product, Presenti AI offers a free trial version. Currently, we only support a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. There is no refund after 7 days, except for major product quality issues. Yes, within 30 days of purchase, you can upgrade by paying the difference: Difference amount = (List price of the new plan - Actual amount paid) - Promotional discount. After 30 days, the upgrade will be calculated at 50% of the original order amount: Difference amount = (List price of the new plan - Actual amount paid * 50%) - Promotional discount.

Currently, we support:
- Importing Markdown and Xmind files to directly convert into presentations.
- Importing TXT (UTF-8 encoded), Word, or PDF files. You can freely paste text, and our AI will extract and generate the PPT content.
