Currently, we support:
- Importing Markdown and Xmind files to directly
convert into presentations.
- Importing TXT (UTF-8 encoded), Word, or PDF files.
You can also freely paste text or link, and our AI will
extract and generate consistent presentations.
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
1. Click the workspace dropdown at the top left.
2. Find the workspace you’d like to manage and click the Settings icon next to it.
3. In the menu, select Space Info.
4. Click Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page.
Presenti AI is a fully browser-based presentation tool — no downloads or installations needed.
Supported operating systems: macOS, Windows, Linux.
Recommended browsers: Chrome (most recommended), Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
Each workspace allows you to invite team members and collaborate in real time. Subscription fees are based on the number of editor seats.
- A default workspace is created automatically when you sign up.
- You can switch between workspaces by clicking your workspace avatar at the top left.
- To manage workspace settings, click the Settings icon next to the workspace name.
To invite teammates to you team space:
- Click Invite on your dashboard.
- Enter their email address, or copy and share the invitation link.
Note that Invitation links are valid for 7 days and can only be used once.
