Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

Presenti.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive global license to use our software as part of the provided services. The Licensed Software is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Subscription Licenses & Services

Presenti AI offers a feature-limited Free Tier available to both individual and enterprise users upon registration. No subscription fees apply to this tier.

We also provide Premium Subscription Plans that include advanced AI features and additional resources. Detailed information regarding pricing, billing cycles, and specific benefits can be found on our Pricing Page.

All registered users are eligible to receive software update notifications and standard technical support relative to their service tier.

Software Upgrades & Maintenance

Presenti.ai may occasionally provide updates to improve performance, enhance features, or resolve technical issues. These updates may include bug fixes, new modules, or entirely new versions. By using the service, you agree to receive and authorize the delivery of such updates.

For enterprise users, the initial purchase includes a defined period of maintenance and technical support, which may include email-based assistance and remote troubleshooting. The duration of this support varies based on the license type purchased.

License Restrictions

Separation of Components: The software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than the authorized number of devices.

Software Transfer: You may not rent, lease, or sublicense your rights to the software. A permanent transfer of rights is only permitted if the recipient agrees to the terms of our End User License Agreement (EULA) and the original user retains no copies.

Termination of Service

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either the user or Presenti.ai.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your original payment platform. Upon cancellation, auto-renewal will be disabled. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which membership benefits will cease.

Termination by Presenti.ai

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms or indicate an intent to non-compliance;
• Termination is required by law or government regulation;
• The service becomes commercially non-viable or is no longer offered in your geographic region.

Data Access Post-Termination

Upon termination of the service agreement, editing access to files created during your membership will be disabled. However, you may retain the right to view or download existing content as permitted by your specific plan.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRESENTI.AI OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Presenti.ai reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at its discretion. We will update this page with the latest version of the Terms whenever changes are made. Continued use of the service following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
