Paid Service Terms

"Bosyun AI PPT" is an internet software service (hereinafter referred to as "Bosyun AI PPT") provided by Shenzhen Bosyun Cloud Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" or "we"). This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and Bosyun Cloud Innovation regarding your access and use of the paid version of Bosyun AI PPT and other paid services (hereinafter referred to as "Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services" or "the Services").

You must first agree to this Agreement before creating an account and using the Services. Please read this Agreement carefully before accepting it. If you cannot understand or agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not access or use the Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services. By clicking to confirm, actually purchasing, or using the Services on the web page, you are deemed to have read and fully understood the contents of this Agreement, reached an agreement with Bosyun Cloud Innovation on the use or subscription of the corresponding products and/or services, and agreed to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and be bound by them. You shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request to revoke this Agreement on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not obtained answers to user inquiries from Bosyun AI PPT.

We specifically remind you to pay attention to the terms of this Agreement regarding restrictions, exemption of Bosyun Cloud Innovation's liability, restrictions on user rights, determination and handling of violations/breaches, and the selection of the competent court.

You agree to the Bosyun AI PPT Service Agreement.

You agree that Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to amend this Agreement from time to time without further notice. The amended Agreement shall take effect immediately upon publication on the web page and shall replace the original Service Agreement. Your continued access and use of the Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the amended Service Agreement. Otherwise, you have the right to terminate the Service Agreement by ceasing to access Bosyun AI PPT and refusing to use the Services, deleting your information and account on Bosyun AI PPT, etc.

If you register, log in, and use Bosyun AI PPT on behalf of an organization rather than yourself, you will be deemed to have been fully authorized to represent the organization in agreeing to this Service Agreement and any subsequent amendments and supplements to the Service Agreement.

1. Service Content

The "Bosyun AI PPT Services" in this Agreement refer to: the products and services displayed on the Bosyun AI PPT.com website (i.e., the Bosyun AI PPT official website) provided by Bosyun Cloud Innovation to you, including but not limited to all services provided through web pages, computer clients, mobile apps, etc., with the specific service content being subject to the content you use or subscribe to. "Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services" refers to the paid version of Bosyun AI PPT and other paid services.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation may enter into other agreements with you separately based on actual needs and other service content provided by Bosyun Cloud Innovation from time to time. At the same time, even if no other agreements are entered into separately, your use of specific services of Bosyun AI PPT will be deemed as your agreement to any requirements of Bosyun Cloud Innovation regarding such specific services. If there is any conflict between other agreements and this Agreement, other agreements shall prevail, but only to the extent of such conflict and related to specific matters of such agreements.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the free services at any time, and reserves the right to adjust the types and forms of free services provided by Bosyun AI PPT at any time based on actual circumstances. Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable for any losses caused to you by any adjustments to the free services provided by Bosyun AI PPT. Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to charge corresponding service fees for any free service content at an appropriate time in the future. Bosyun Cloud Innovation will notify you of such adjustments in advance through in-site notifications, emails, or official website announcements, and will give you a reasonable period to complete data download and backup.
You agree that Bosyun Cloud Innovation may adjust and upgrade the paid services provided by Bosyun AI PPT, including service types, forms, etc., to meet user needs and improve product user experience. If Bosyun Cloud Innovation needs to terminate the paid services provided to you due to certain circumstances, Bosyun Cloud Innovation will notify you in advance through in-site notifications, emails, or official website announcements. You agree that if Bosyun Cloud Innovation terminates the provision of a paid service, Bosyun Cloud Innovation's obligation is only to refund the portion of the fee corresponding to the unused service period. You agree that Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable to you for any adjustments, upgrades, or termination of paid services. However, in any case, Bosyun Cloud Innovation will make reasonable efforts to give you a reasonable time to respond to such service changes, suspensions, or terminations.
Before using the Bosyun AI PPT Services, you should carefully read and understand the descriptions of the corresponding services on the Bosyun AI PPT official website, especially the limitations on functions, service standards, and free services and paid services at different levels. Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any legal liability for any losses caused by your failure to fully understand the above descriptions and limitations.
Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services are paid online services, and you need to pay a certain fee to Bosyun Cloud Innovation when using them. For Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services, we will give you clear prompts before you use them. Only after you confirm that you are willing to pay the relevant fees according to the prompts can you use these paid online services. The specific content of Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services is provided by Bosyun Cloud Innovation based on actual circumstances. You can choose the suitable paid services and payment levels based on your needs and enjoy the corresponding services. Specific rules shall be subject to the content published on the Bosyun AI PPT official website. If you refuse to pay the relevant fees, Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to not provide you with these paid services.
The duration of Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services, unless otherwise specified, is generally 365 days for "1 year" and 1828 days for "5 years".

2.Account

To access and use Bosyun AI PPT, you must register a Bosyun AI PPT account. When registering an account, you need to provide real, accurate information. If your information changes, please update it in your account in a timely manner. You are responsible for (a) the confidentiality of your account and the security of any passwords, authentication keys, or security credentials used to enable your access to the Services, and (b) all activities under your account, whether by you or your end users. If there is any unauthorized or abusive behavior under your account or any security incident related to the Services, you will immediately notify us. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any unauthorized or abusive behavior in your account unless it is caused by our breach of this Agreement.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation and you shall comply with relevant laws and regulations for real-name authentication. For the use of Bosyun AI PPT Services, Bosyun Cloud Innovation may require you to provide further identity information, business qualifications, and information to complete identity authentication or qualification verification. You can only subscribe to and use the relevant services after completing the corresponding identity authentication and qualification verification. You understand and agree that Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to review the authenticity, accuracy, and validity of the information you provide during real-name authentication, either independently or by entrusting a third party. You acknowledge and agree that if you fail to complete real-name authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of Bosyun Cloud Innovation, it will affect your access to or use of the Services.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide to Bosyun Cloud Innovation is true, accurate, valid, and up-to-date. Otherwise, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable for any registration information of any user, including but not limited to, the responsibility to identify, verify the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, applicability, and/or whether the registration information is up-to-date.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation recommends that you properly safeguard your registered mobile phone number, password, email address, and name. Accurately entering this information will be a key step in accessing and logging in to Bosyun AI PPT and enjoying the Services. If you find that someone is using your account information without authorization or suspect that anyone may be able to access your private content without authorization, you should immediately change your password and report it to Bosyun Cloud Innovation.

3. Usage

Payment and Subscription (if any)
1. All information regarding the specific content and functions of Bosyun AI PPT Services, service standards, paid service levels, service duration, specific service fees, fee composition, etc., shall be subject to the public announcement on the Bosyun AI PPT official website and will be listed on your order history page under the name of the purchased service plan. Before subscribing to Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services, you should carefully read, fully understand, and confirm each item of the above information on the Bosyun AI PPT official website and your order page. If any errors occur in the subscription due to your own reasons or if the subscribed services fail to meet your needs, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any legal liability.
2. Bosyun Cloud Innovation provides you with a variety of convenient payment methods, which shall be subject to the public announcement on the Bosyun AI PPT official website. You can choose your preferred method from the above payment methods to make payment.
3. Bosyun Cloud Innovation will only provide you with Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services after your payment is successful. Bosyun Cloud Innovation has no obligation to provide you with any services and/or technical support before you have paid all fees in accordance with the agreement, except for the free services published on the Bosyun AI PPT official website.
4. You acknowledge and agree that all gift service items or promotional activities in the Bosyun AI PPT pricing system are one-time special offers in addition to the normal service prices of Bosyun AI PPT. Gift service items or promotional activities cannot be discounted or offset against service prices.
5. You acknowledge and agree that Bosyun AI PPT's educational discounts, startup company discounts, and other promotional activities already include the maximum discount. Except for the explicit rules of promotional activities that can be stacked with educational discounts, services purchased at educational discount prices cannot be stacked with other discounts.
Auto-Renewal (if any)

Auto-renewal service refers to a service launched for your need for auto-renewal, to avoid you failing to renew in a timely manner due to negligence or other reasons, under the premise that you have purchased a membership service. If you choose to enable auto-renewal service, you authorize Bosyun AI PPT to entrust the payment channel (such as Alipay, WeChat, etc.) to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle 5 days before your auto-renewal period expires. Once the deduction is successful, your membership service period will be automatically extended for the corresponding period.

Billing cycle: such as monthly, quarterly, annually, etc. (subject to the specific provisions of Bosyun AI PPT), you can choose by yourself.
Auto-deduction rules:
- For those who choose auto-renewal, users agree that the payment channel can deduct the membership service fees for the next billing cycle from the user's bound account without verifying the membership account password, payment password, SMS verification code, etc.
- Unless you or Bosyun AI PPT explicitly cancels the auto-renewal, it will be automatically renewed and deducted, without any limit on the number of times.
- If you do not explicitly cancel the auto-renewal, you are deemed to have agreed that Bosyun AI PPT can make repeated deduction attempts (even if your account balance is insufficient) within a certain period before the membership service period expires, according to the deduction rules of the payment channel.
- Once the deduction is successful, Bosyun AI PPT will activate the membership service corresponding to the current billing cycle for you.
Please be aware that Bosyun AI PPT has the right to adjust membership service prices (including auto-renewal service prices). If Bosyun AI PPT adjusts the price of the auto-renewal service, the price of your next billing cycle will not follow the adjustment and will still be deducted at the price when you enabled the auto-renewal service.
Cancellation method

Alipay channel: Open Alipay on your mobile phone - enter "My" - enter "Settings" - select "Payment Settings" - click "Password-free Payment/Auto-Deduction" - click "Shenzhen Bosyun Cloud Innovation Technology Co., Ltd." related services - choose to close the service.

Please be aware that due to the limitations of the payment channel deduction rules, you need to cancel within 5 days before the current auto-renewal service billing cycle expires, otherwise, the next billing cycle will be automatically renewed. At the same time, please be aware and agree that there may be a display delay in the auto-renewal status update. The specific status of your renewal shall be subject to the display in the Bosyun AI PPT product. And before you successfully cancel, the deduction instruction you have entrusted Bosyun AI PPT to automatically renew is still valid. Bosyun AI PPT will not refund or compensate for the fees deducted based on this instruction before the cancellation operation is completed.

Invoicing

Please contact the platform customer service for invoicing. The invoice type is a value-added tax ordinary invoice, and the specific amount shall be subject to the actual tax amount on the invoice.

Conversion and Upgrade
1. You can convert or upgrade your current membership's paid plan to another membership paid plan if you meet the conversion and upgrade conditions.
2. You fully understand that the deducted portion during conversion and upgrade will no longer enjoy the promotional price.
Refund and Unsubscription
1. You acknowledge and agree that Bosyun AI PPT Services are online goods and virtual goods, and are charged in advance. The Bosyun AI PPT service fees are the prices of the online goods corresponding to the services you purchase, not prepayments, deposits, deposits, savings cards, etc. Membership services cannot be transferred or refunded after they are activated (except in cases where the service has major defects that make it completely unusable, etc., which constitutes a breach of contract by Bosyun AI PPT, or as otherwise agreed in this Agreement, or as required by laws and regulations, or if you contact Bosyun AI PPT through customer service and Bosyun AI PPT determines that a refund is appropriate, etc.). If you do not accept the relevant agreements of Bosyun AI PPT Services, you can stop using the membership services or stop renewing the membership services.
2. Bosyun AI PPT Services redeemed using points cannot be refunded or unsubscribed.
3. If you contact Bosyun AI PPT through customer service and Bosyun AI PPT determines that a refund is appropriate, and the payment date is within 15 days, we will downgrade your rights and then process the refund. Due to the special nature of cloud services, you need to pay the daily standard fee^[1] for the actual time used, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment account. The refund time depends on the background operation time and the payment platform's refund processing time, generally no more than 7 working days. You agree and understand that Bosyun Cloud Innovation will make every effort to complete the refund operation in the shortest possible time, but Bosyun Cloud Innovation does not make any guarantee regarding the actual time of the refund.
4. If you enter the refund process due to special reasons, the actual refund amount will be calculated as the actual payment amount - actual number of days used * daily standard fee^[2] (currently 5 yuan per person per day) and the remaining amount will be refunded. For example, if you purchase a 168 yuan/year VIP-Pro version and request a refund after using it for 3 days, the refund amount will be:

168 - 3 x 5 = 153 yuan.

Please be aware and agree that if you purchase our products based on accepting a friend's invitation, if your friend receives a certain percentage of cashback based on our rules, and if you request a refund, and if we evaluate your refund request and agree to refund, we will not only deduct the corresponding fees for the actual number of days used according to the above standard, but we will also deduct the cashback amount that your friend received based on inviting you from your refund amount. In this case, the actual refund amount will be calculated as the actual payment amount - actual number of days used * daily standard fee[2] (currently 5 yuan per person per day) - the cashback amount your friend has received, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

The daily standard fee will be adjusted to 5 yuan starting from May 15, 2024. It may be adjusted at any time in the future due to cost changes, and the specific amount shall be subject to the situation at the time of the refund. However, all adjustments will be updated to this Service Agreement at least one week in advance.

You represent and warrant that the content you upload or store in Bosyun AI PPT does not violate this Agreement and complies with laws and regulations. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and reliability of your content. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any notices, consents, or authorizations related to your content. Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any obligations or liabilities related to your content. If you upload or store content in Bosyun AI PPT that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or other illegal or irregular content, Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to delete it and reserves the right to transfer it to judicial authorities for handling.
You may not use Bosyun AI PPT to upload, store, share, send, or transmit any sensitive information or information that violates national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the following information:
1. Violates the basic principles established by the Constitution of China;
2. Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
3. Damages national honor and interests;
4. Promotes terrorism, extremism, ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity;
5. Undermines friendly relations between countries and regions;
6. Undermines the state's religious policy, promotes cults and feudal superstition;
7. Insults or defames heroes and martyrs;
8. Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
9. Incites, organizes, or instigates terrorist activities, illegal gatherings, associations, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings to disrupt social order;
10. Is obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist, or incites crime;
11. Infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as reputation, privacy, copyright, and information network dissemination rights;
12. Involves pirated software, cracked software, VPN software, or other illegal software;
13. Contains other content prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or other regulations;
14. May violate the policies of various social platforms (such as Weibo, WeChat, etc.).

You promise to make statements that are patriotic, law-abiding, self-disciplined, truthful, and civilized. Do not spread any illegal, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, undermining the state's religious policy and ethnic unity, or other content that violates laws, regulations, and policies. If your behavior does not comply with the above-mentioned Service Agreement, Bosyun AI PPT will make an independent judgment and immediately suspend or terminate your service account. You shall be solely responsible for all your actions and bear all legal liabilities. Bosyun AI PPT shall not bear any legal liability. In serious cases, the account will be closed and cannot be unblocked.

You shall be responsible for all your actions using Bosyun AI PPT and all activities under your account, whether by you or by others authorized by you. You may not use Bosyun AI PPT to engage in activities that violate laws and regulations, violate the terms of this User Agreement, endanger network security, endanger computer system security, damage the integrity of Bosyun AI PPT products, or otherwise infringe upon the interests of Bosyun AI PPT and any third party. If you engage in any of the above behaviors, Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse your access to all or any part of Bosyun AI PPT now and in the future, and shall not be obligated to refund any paid service fees. You shall bear all losses caused to Bosyun Cloud Innovation or third parties as a result of such behavior and all legal liabilities arising therefrom. In serious cases, the account will be closed and cannot be unblocked.
If your account is restricted due to violation of this Service Agreement, you have the right to file an appeal. The appeal requires you to provide personal identity information: real name, registered mobile phone number, contact email address, front and back photos of your ID card, and a photo of you holding your ID card. Bosyun AI PPT has no obligation to inform or provide feedback on invalid appeals, unless Bosyun AI PPT has incorrectly restricted your account or Bosyun AI PPT determines that the restriction can be lifted.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All ownership and related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, interface design, layout framework, and any software, materials, etc., provided by Bosyun Cloud Innovation for maintenance and technical support) belong to Bosyun Cloud Innovation. You acknowledge the ownership and intellectual property rights of Bosyun Cloud Innovation and promise to respect and not infringe upon the ownership and intellectual property rights of Bosyun Cloud Innovation in any way. You may not reproduce, copy, transfer, license, or make available to others for use the above intellectual property results, or reuse any part of the code and appearance design without the written permission of Bosyun Cloud Innovation. Otherwise, you shall bear the corresponding legal liabilities, and Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to terminate your use of Bosyun AI PPT and will not refund any fees.
The original data you create in Bosyun AI PPT belongs to you. You have the right to dispose of the aforementioned data in any form, including copying, exporting, and deleting it from the platform.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right but not the obligation to pre-review any content you publicly disclose or store (including but not limited to uploading, saving, publishing, releasing, etc.). However, Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to determine at any time whether the content is appropriate and consistent with this Agreement. If it is found that users' use of the Services violates national laws and regulations or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" has the right to take measures against the above content, including but not limited to, restricting, blocking, and deleting it, based on the specific circumstances. Users shall bear any losses caused to users of this website. In necessary cases, services may be suspended or terminated to the user. If "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" incurs legal liabilities to other third parties due to the user's behavior as described in this article, "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" has the right to pursue compensation from you for all losses.
You shall have the copyright and other related rights to the legal content you create and publish on Bosyun AI PPT.
You license Bosyun Cloud Innovation to bring legal action on its own behalf or on behalf of users against any third party for infringement of the above content or its derivative works. You warrant that you have the necessary authorization to grant this license to Bosyun Cloud Innovation. Although the foregoing reservation of rights is agreed upon, it does not mean that we will necessarily engage in the above-mentioned use and dissemination activities. This reservation of rights only applies to the content you have publicly disclosed and does not involve personal undisclosed information and privacy. If you enter into a separate written agreement with "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" regarding the content you publicly disclose, the terms of that agreement shall prevail over this Service Agreement.

5. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you agree that Bosyun Cloud Innovation may lawfully collect and use technical or diagnostic information about you and your use of the Services. This information will be used to improve the content and technology of the Bosyun AI PPT Services and enhance our service quality. Bosyun Cloud Innovation will not share or sell your information and content to other organizations. However, the following exceptions apply:
1. Obtain your explicit authorization in advance;
2. Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
3. Comply with the provisions of court orders or other legal processes;
4. Comply with the requirements of relevant government authorities;
5. Directly related to national security, defense security, public security, public health, or public interests;
6. Collect personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure, etc.;
7. Bosyun Cloud Innovation believes that it is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, maintain social public interests, or protect the personal and property safety or legitimate rights and interests of Bosyun Cloud Innovation's customers, other users, or employees;
8. You have violated this Service Agreement, and Bosyun Cloud Innovation provides it to a third party for the purpose of protecting its rights;
9. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of Bosyun Cloud Innovation. Bosyun Cloud Innovation will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Bosyun AI PPT Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agreed to all the contents of the above Bosyun AI PPT Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of this Agreement shall be deemed as your acceptance, full understanding, and agreement to the Bosyun AI PPT Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement and the Bosyun AI PPT Privacy Policy, please immediately stop using any services or products provided by us. If you continue to use them, you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement and the Bosyun AI PPT Privacy Policy.

6. Data and Information Security

Bosyun Cloud Innovation will take reasonable technical measures and other necessary measures to protect your information security in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations, and mandatory requirements of national standards. However, internet data transmission, storage, and conversion may involve certain unknown and uncertain data security risks, which may lead to consequences including but not limited to data loss, leakage, damage, inability to read or extract, etc. You confirm that you are aware of and agree to accept these risks and consequences caused by the internet, and have taken appropriate measures (such as data backup) to minimize losses in the event of such risks.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable for any compensation for any damage to your data security, data loss or damage, or business interest losses caused by factors beyond the control of Bosyun Cloud Innovation, such as internet technology itself. If Bosyun Cloud Innovation's gross negligence causes damage to your data security, Bosyun Cloud Innovation's liability to you shall be limited to the service fees charged to you.
In the event that data needs to be restored from backup files, this website usually takes 4-8 hours, with a maximum of 48 hours to complete. Data restoration within this time frame is considered continuous service.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any legal liability for any suspension, interruption, delay, restriction, abnormality, inability, or temporary closure of Bosyun AI PPT use caused by force majeure, hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, network operator reasons, or government control, etc., reasons beyond the reasonable control of Bosyun Cloud Innovation. However, we will make every effort to minimize the losses and impact caused to you as a result.
"Bosyun Cloud Innovation" will take all possible measures to protect the security of your data and personal information in Bosyun AI PPT. However, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable for any legal liability or economic compensation for any loss or leakage of data, materials, passwords, or other personal information due to your improper maintenance or confidentiality, or other reasons beyond the control of Bosyun Cloud Innovation.
The internet is an open platform. If you upload and disseminate images, text, etc., they may be copied, reprinted, modified, or used for other illegal purposes by other organizations or individuals. You should be fully aware of the existence of such risks. You agree that you shall bear all risks and consequences of such risks associated with using Bosyun Cloud Innovation services, and Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any liability.
You are responsible for the legality of the files, data, and content you upload or store in Bosyun AI PPT and the legality of the way you obtain the files, data, and content. You shall bear all legal liabilities for any disputes arising from the above files, data, and content. Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not bear any legal liability.
You may be at risk of receiving threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior from any other person, or infringement of the rights of others (including intellectual property rights) and anonymous or impersonated information while using the Services. "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" shall not be liable for any such risks.
Disclaimer related to specific network security incidents. For example, to the extent permitted by law, "Bosyun Cloud Innovation" shall not be liable for any service interruption or information leakage caused by damage from computer viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs, or hacker attacks.
You understand and acknowledge that Bosyun Cloud Innovation cannot guarantee that the services it provides are flawless due to technical limitations. However, we promise to continuously improve service quality and service levels to provide you with better services. Accordingly, you agree that if the services provided by Bosyun Cloud Innovation have defects, but these defects are unavoidable due to the current industry technical level, they will not be considered a breach of contract, and Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be liable to you for any such defects.

8. Service Changes/Interruptions/Terminations

You understand and agree that if Bosyun AI PPT Services are suspended for system maintenance or upgrades, or if service functions are adjusted, Bosyun Cloud Innovation will make every effort to announce it on the website in advance, but shall not bear any legal liability as a result.
Bosyun Cloud Innovation may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of your account and/or the Services immediately without prior notice in the following circumstances. If you have subjective intent or gross negligence, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall not be obligated to refund any subscription fees to you:
1. The information you provide is not true, or violates other user personal information provision rules;
2. You violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, or other agreements between you and Bosyun Cloud Innovation;
3. You request to cancel or terminate your account;
4. You use the Bosyun AI PPT product itself for commercial purposes without the consent of Bosyun Cloud Innovation;
5. Your access to or use of Bosyun AI PPT may pose a security risk to Bosyun AI PPT Services, Bosyun Cloud Innovation, or third parties;
6. Need to comply with a subpoena, court order, or legal process;
7. According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations or government agencies;
8. Due to force majeure such as natural disasters or wars;
9. This Agreement is changed or amended, and you do not agree to the changed or amended user terms.
You understand and acknowledge that Bosyun Cloud Innovation does not guarantee the permanent provision of a certain service due to technical upgrades, service system upgrades, or business strategy adjustments, or to cooperate with major national technical or regulatory policy changes. Before terminating the provision of such services or making such changes, Bosyun Cloud Innovation will make every effort to notify you in advance through one or more methods such as website announcements, in-site messages, emails, or text messages. If the provision of such services is terminated, Bosyun Cloud Innovation will make reasonable efforts to give you a reasonable time to properly handle subsequent matters. If the termination of the provision of the subscribed Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services is due to the reasons described in this article 3, Bosyun Cloud Innovation shall refund the fees you have paid based on the remaining time within your service period, calculated on a daily basis.
If you do not renew your paid service after it expires, the paid functions will automatically stop (resume after renewal). The files you have used will not be released, your data will not be lost, and you can continue to use the free functions.

9. Improvement and Amendment of this Service Agreement

Bosyun Cloud Innovation has the right to improve and amend this Agreement from time to time based on the development of the internet and changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Bosyun Cloud Innovation reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time and will publish the amended Service Agreement on the Bosyun AI PPT official website. Such publication shall be deemed as effective notice to you. When using Bosyun Cloud Innovation's services, it is necessary to carefully read and reconfirm the latest "Paid Version Service Agreement". The latest Service Agreement shall prevail in the event of any disputes.
If you do not agree to the amendments made by Bosyun Cloud Innovation to this Agreement, you should immediately stop using the Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services. If users continue to use the Bosyun AI PPT Paid Services, they are deemed to have accepted the amendments made by us to this Agreement.

10. Special Provisions for Minors

Bosi AI PPT services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please ensure that your guardian has carefully read, understood, and accepted these terms. You may use Bosi AI PPT services or provide information to Bosyun Innovation only with the consent of your guardian.
If your guardian does not agree to your use of Bosi AI PPT services or your provision of information to us in accordance with these terms, please immediately cease using our services and notify us promptly so that we can take appropriate measures.
You represent and warrant that you are a natural person with full civil capacity. If you violate the above guarantee and purchase or use Bosi AI PPT paid services, Bosyun Innovation shall not bear any legal liability, including but not limited to, refunding the price. Any losses incurred shall be borne by you or your guardian.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The establishment, effectiveness, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, execution, and dispute resolution of these terms shall be governed by the laws of mainland China. If there are no relevant provisions in the law, reference shall be made to commercial practices and/or industry practices.
Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of Bosi AI PPT services and these terms shall be settled through negotiation between Bosyun Innovation and you. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at the place where Bosyun Innovation is located.
If a user engages in any illegal or infringing activities using this service, the user shall bear full responsibility, and Bosyun Innovation shall not bear any legal liability. If any losses are caused to Bosyun Innovation or any third party, the user shall be responsible for full compensation.

13. Other Terms

Bosyun Innovation has the right to transfer all or part of the rights and obligations under these terms to Bosyun Innovation's affiliates without your prior separate consent, but Bosyun Innovation guarantees that it will not substantially reduce the quality of services you can obtain.
You may not assign any rights or obligations under these terms to any third party without the prior consent of Bosyun Innovation.
If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with another provision that is consistent with the purpose and intent of this Agreement.
Bosyun Innovation shall not be liable for any failure to comply with all terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond Bosyun Innovation's reasonable control.
Bosyun Innovation may send you notifications through in-site messages or the phone number, email address, or other contact information you provided during account registration or use of Bosi AI PPT services. Such notifications shall be deemed effective upon issuance, and you are obligated to ensure the validity of your contact information.
Bosyun Innovation's failure to exercise any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless confirmed and agreed to in writing by Bosyun Innovation.
Bosyun Innovation reserves all rights.
