After receiving your permission, we will send you information on software upgrades, such as advertisements, newsletters, special offers, etc., based on your interests. In order to better understand your requirements and serve you.
Software Products Copyright Protection
Presenti.ai grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, global license to use the software it provides to you as part of its services. The only goal of an authorized license is to give you the freedom to use and benefit from the Services as supplied by presenti.ai in the ways specified by the Terms & Conditions.
In addition to other intellectual property laws and treaties, all versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are shielded from infringement by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.
Subscription License & Service
Presenti AI provides a feature-limited free service tier. Upon registration, both individual and enterprise users can access this free tier without subscription charges.
We offer paid subscription plans with advanced features and resources for both individual and enterprise users. Details of subscription fees and benefits are available on our Pricing page.
All registered users, including free tier users, are eligible to receive software update notifications and basic technical support.
Software Upgrades
The updates are for occasional improvements, enhancements, and development of the Service and may take the form of bug fixes, enhancements, new software modules, and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Service (and authorize presenti.ai to deliver them to you).
After-sale Maintenance & Technical Support
For enterprise users, your initial presenti.ai product purchase includes upgrades and maintenance, including email support and remote assistance for a set amount of time. Depending on the product and license type you buy, the maintenance and upgrade period's length varies.
Separation of Components
Each piece of software that presenti.ai releases is given a distinct product license. Its components cannot be disassembled for usage on further computers.
Software Transfer
If the receiver accepts the conditions of the EULA, you may permanently transfer all of your rights under the EULA of the software you use.
Termination of User Relationship & Changes to Rights
These Terms of Service will remain effective until canceled by either you or Presenti AI in accordance with the provisions below.
About Service and Subscription Termination
You may cancel your subscription through your original payment platform. After cancellation, the service will not auto-renew, and corresponding membership benefits will end simultaneously. No additional email notification to Presenti AI is required for this action.
When Presenti AI May Terminate the Agreement
- You violate any term of this agreement, or your actions clearly indicate an unwillingness or inability to comply with relevant provisions;
- Termination is required by laws and regulations;
- The service is no longer provided in your region or the area from which you access the service;
- Presenti AI determines that continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially viable.
Usage Rights After Agreement Termination
After your service agreement with Presenti AI ends, you will no longer be able to edit files and content created during your membership period, but you may still view the original content.
No Liability for Damages
Even if the creator of this software is aware of the possibility of such damages and is aware of any known flaws, under no circumstances shall the creator of presenti.ai Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions
The Terms may occasionally be modified by presenti.ai. presenti.ai will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever these changes are made.
